Hello all, I just had to see if my DIY make- up remover could preform as good or better than store bought. To make your own make-up remover just add a few teaspoons of mineral oil to water! Containers can be purchased anywhere they sell travel bottles, Dollar Tree, Walmart, Target. You can also buy the Neutrogena and when you use it all up refill the bottle with your own homemade make-up remover. Thanks for watching!! :)
