Many of us feel guilty about snacking and we really shouldn’t. If I’m hungry, have a busy day or have done an intense workout then these are examples of the snacks I love to enjoy...
1. Almonds - I have a handful post workout or in the afternoon if I’m peckish before dinner and sometimes I pop cacao nibs, raisins or seeds in with them to make more of a trail mix.
2. 3 ingredient cookies. All they include is ground almonds, mashed banana and cacao nibs, mixed all together and baked for 15 minutes, they are perfect with a cuppa and have those beautifying almonds in too.
3. Cinnamon apple crisps. Sliced apple and cinnamon and baked for an hour. I love prepping a batch of these the night before to pop in my snack drawer or in some tupperware to have on the go.
